Suggest Diet To Keep Diabetes Under Control

my husband is diabetic . we dont know exactly what type is . his blood sugar varies up to 125 to 350 ? he test himself twice a day and write down what he has eaten for the day before he test and after. what should you suggest we do to figure this out and what would you recommend to be watching such as food wise. eat eats flower tortilla sometimes corn tortilla even some fruits ,beans ground beef ,eggs hardly any potato. occasionally goes for walks .his weight is 178 lbs between 180 lbs. what type of meals would you also recommend for him to eat .when his number goes high such as 347 he does not have any side affects what so ever.

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you that if you want to get this confirmed that whether it is diabetes or not then he has to see physician because it can not be diagnosed without the consultation, so better to see the doctor, once it is being diagnosed then blood glucose can be monitored at home, hope this information helps, take care.
