General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The cystic hyperplasia or polyp can be confirmed by histopathology examination of D&C material or biopsy from endometrial tissue.

The histopathology examination will confirm the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia if present. We can also rule out whether it's a atypical hyperplasia or simple hyperplasia without atypia.

So I suggest you consult gynecologist for pelvic examination and detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
