I had a fleet enema at 10 a.m. today with results of releasing very hard stools After 30 minutes or so I got up and walked around a bit stewed areound like I do and bout one p.m. Fixed some grapenuts ate about six spoonfuls after some soaking I am 87 -- not much exercise-- live with husband 92 ina handicapped apt. Daughter in town What do I expect now--food? regular meds--my doctor was contacted about the severe constipation this a.m. and ordered the fleet--not in office of course
