Suggest Diet Suitable For Studying And Maintaining Energy Levels

1. I am Pradeep Goyal, 30 years old, CA Student, weight 90 Kg, height : 5'5". I remains at home 24x7 for study.

2. For the last 10 days, I have been sleeping for about 12 hours in a day. This problem occurs in every 3-4 months for a period of 15-20 days. I am not able to get up in the morning even after adequate sleep in the night. I feel that there is no energy in body. Besides, I have also noticed headache on both the sides (left and right head - above the ears).

- How to get rid of above problems ?
- How can I reduce sleeping hours and fat?
- Could you suggest me fruits, liquids, energy drinks as a substitute to food (Chapati, Pulses, Rice etc) ?
- If I sleep for less hours in a particular day, what should I do keep my fit ?
- How can I keep myself energetic most of the time during the day ?
- What should be my daily routine for study, food, sleep etc ?

i am understanding your concern..here are some tips that can help u to get rid of your problems
- think only positive
- make your own rules and follow them
- first of all take care of your body its more important then anything
- exercise atleast 30 minutes a day
- add any sports to your daily life
- u can take gatorade for instant energy
- eat healthy food and avoid fatty food as much u can
- give some break in your study time
- all nutrient are very important for body
- low your carbohydrate and fat intake and rise your protein intake in diet this will help you in your muscle recovery
