Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the dietary restrictions for high glucose and lipids (fat) levels.
You should avoid high caloric diet (sweets, cake, ice creams, chocolates, etc) for the control of blood glucose. To reduce the lipid levels, you should avoid fatty meals, fast and junk foods, alcohol, organ meals, smoking, etc. This can also help in reducing the raised uric acid level.
You should increase the intake of fruits, whole grain meals, vegetables, bran, etc.
Your BMI is 32.56 kg/m2 i.e. Obese Class I (Normal range: 18.5-25 kg/m2)
In order to have an normal BMI you must reduce your body weight to less than 78 kg as per your height and age by strict dietary control and regular exercise.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
A feedback is appreciated.
