heyii doc...i m govind from india...actually i m 24 and my height 180cm and the problem is my weight.I m about 56 kg. I ve never consult a doctor before about this. So please suggest me what should i do ? Do i need to increase my diet or exercise or gym ?

If you exercise more , either at home or at the gym, you would lose more energy and therefore lose not gain weight.
You would need to alter your diet if you need to gain weight. It would mean increasing your calorie or energy input.
This involves: (1)eating more frequently
(2)increasing portion sizes
(3)adding dressings/oils/butter to meals to increase the caloric value
