Suggest Diet Plans& Exercise For Woman Post Delivery

i deliver a baby before 4 months, by c-section, now my weight is 75 kg,and height is 5.1",i want to know that can i do rope skipping now, or what exercise should i do? and suggest me a diet chart,as i want to reduce 5 kg in a month and i m feeding my baby too and..i want to be at 55 kg in 4 months,plz help....

HELLO THANX FOR USING HCM
As your feeding you cannot be put on v low carbohydrate diet,
But try to avoid all sources of fat.
Eat small meals include good quality of proteins in your diet.
Consume whole grains in the right portion size avoid refined cereals , simple sugars, juices, sweets, carbonated drinks.
Eat plenty of vegetables.consume all low fat dairy products.
Do some regular exercise like walking .Dont do strenous exercises like skipping, jumping.
