You have high BP, high Cholesterol and blood sugar in the pre-diabetes range. You have not mentioned your height and weight. You should reduce your weight if your BMI ( Weight in Kgs divided by the square of height in meters) is more than 25. If so total calories have to be reduced. You should reduce the salt content of food, eat a low Glycemic index, low fat ( less than 7% saturated fat) diet avoiding trans-fats. Should also adopt healthy life style with minimum 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, avoid smoking and excess alcohol. These measures may be sufficient. If these do not achieve normalcy, medicines may have to be considered. Surgery has no role unless there is morbid obesity. If you have more queries, lease do not hesitate to ask. Take care Dr. Noble Zachariah. If the answer has helped you, please indicate it to guide others with similar queries. Thank you
