Suggest Diet Plan For Person Working In Rotational Shift
Hello Sir, Please can u provide me the diet plan for me. I am working in rotational shifts monthly and its been headache for me. my body type is athletic and was always used to do the exercise and weight triaining. sir I will be thankful if u guide me what to do in this case if somebody would have odd timings to eat and sleep as well.
No matter how healthy you eat, a disturbed lifestyle surely plays havoc with your body. Sleeping and eating at odd times does create health problems. Continuing in such a job for long will have a impact on your health. So, you must try to look for a job with regular working hours, if that is possible because thats best for you. Going against nature is never good for health. So eat healthy (low fat high fibre meals) but at the same time try to eat at fixed timings. Avoid eating heavy meals late in the night and sleep well. Night time sleep is best for rejuvenating the body after a day's hard work.
