Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for the high liver enzymes.
Apparently it seems to be the diet responsible for the high enzymes in absence of alcohol intake.
So avoid fatty meals including the fast & junk foods, eat home cooked food if possible, take plenty of fresh fruits which contain essential nutrients and antioxidants which protect your liver, increase the intake of vegetables, drink plenty of water, avoid smoking, you may consume coffee which is found to be beneficial in such cases.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful to you.
