Suggest Diet Plan For A Hypertensive Person

Hi Dr me Ali from pakistan and I have a problem of high blood Esr . its level 55 and I have skin problems at on hands and feet of back side. please suggest me some diets to control it . dr suggest me some medicine I use since 2 months. but no reliefs.

You need to get some steroid cream such as triamcinolone cream to apply to your rash. This will hopefully bring the ESR down, and you feel better. If the steroid cream does not work in about 4 months, you will need to get an additional cream such as anti-fungal cream or vitamin D analog depending on the rash characteristics. You will need to use those for about 4 months. If those do you not, I you will need steroid orally.
