Suggest Diet For Reducing Stomach Bulge

I am 33, 5 8 , 150lbs, 2 surgeries; hernia and acl/pcl. I am relatively healthy. I can not get rid of my stomach. I enrolled in weight watchers, but I am gaining weight. I am an African American female, are there specific foods that help with reducing lower stomach bulge?

Take more fibre rich diet lik Oat meals, etc., along with green vegetables. Avoid fried, fast & spicy foods. Avoid Strenuous Work and Exercises. Walk 30min per day or Count your steps to 1000+/day . Plenty of Water( min. 8 tumblers to max. 15 tumblers/day ). Take 200ml water 5 min before every meal.
