Suggest Diet For Diverticulitis

I have found conflicting articles regarding the consumption of vegetables and legumes when suffering from a diverticulitis. Some say to eat beans, broccoli and spinach, while others say to avoid them. I also am allergic to nightshade fruits and vegetables such as tomatos, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, etc. I also cannot tolerate alcohol. Nightshade and alcohol cause extreme inflammation in my legs, hands a d feet, and my blood pressure sky rockets. Yet other fruits and veggies aggravate my diverticulitis. I can t win and everyone I sat i feel i am treading through a culinary mind field. I cant find just a simple list of bland foods for someone suffering from a diverticulitis flare. Any thoughts?
