Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation of Yours,You seem to suffer from-IBS with GERD with PPI induced diarrhea with malabsorption and weight loss.

Remedial Diet and suggestions-
Avoid street fried/ spicy, nonveg and high volume food loads.
Take Bland liquid diet with low volumes in 4x 6 sessions a day.
After 1 week-try porridges/thick soups with vegetables and smashed potato/ and apples
Be on BRAT diet-x 4-6 weeks.
Take Yoghurt helpings x 2 times a day.
Be on thing watery sweet butter milk x 3 times a day.
Add Vit D3/ Calcium / B12 /Folic acid initially.
and later on add iron/ magnesium/ selenium n micronutrients-with Mulitvitamines-after 1 week
This would give long remissions from diarrhea.
This would reduce need for PPI / antibiotics and metronidazole treats.
Add Cap Sporlac 1 x 2 times for 6 weeks.

Consults with nutritionist / and Physician/and Surgeon Doctor to find and treat causes of IBS with D.
If required for GERD-Normaxin would be the right medicine with PPI/ chlodizepoxide/clonidium / dicyclomine/ Ranitidine

Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, IBS is more or less is functional condition and not the pure pathology and more important would be your thought and that need to be controlled well, else you can have balance diet, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
