Hello thanx for using hcm,
As you have ask about diet and digestion care ,six months is the age when child learns to crawl and for some infants
teething starts where they tend to put every thing in mouth just to get rid of teething irritation.you have to keep an eye on the child.
First thing i would lIke to start with is hygeine .Infants are very sensitive mild contamination, or infected food creates problem for them like
diarrhoea and vomitings.
second thing always use clean boiled water or mineral water for the child.
Always serve the food in clean and washed utensils.
Regarding diet give the child easily digesting foods like rice porridges or wheat porridge, vegetable soups, fresh fruit juice or formulas like cerelac.
when ever your giving pulses or meats it should be well cooked to soft consistency. Never serve child with half cooked foods.
Always use pasteurized milk or formula milk for the child.Make sure you sterilise the feeders daily as majority contamination comes from the feeders and nipples.
Last but note the least feed small quantities to the child which they can accept. Dont over feed the child which can create
indigestion for them.
