Suggest Cure For Stress Fractures

I AM A 34 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND I WAS IN THE ARMY IN 2004-2005. I HAD STRESS FRACTURES IN BOTH HEELS AND BAD SHIN SPLINTS. WITH THE FRACTURES I BEGAN GETTING PITTING EDEMA IN BOTH LOWER LEGS. I HAVE AVNRT AND CURRRENTLY SEE A CARDIOLOGIST AND ELECTROPHYSIOLOGIST. I HAVE HAD ONE CATHETER ABLATION WHICH WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND AM GETTING READY FOR ANOTHER ONE. I HAD A BABY 5 MONTHS AGO AND AFTER HIS BIRTH I HAD PITTING EDEMA, PLEURAL EFFUSIONS, AND PULMONARY EDEMA. MY CARDIOLOGIST DID NOT THINK IT WAS CHF. I NOW HAVE PITTING EDEMA IN MY LEGS AND AM RETAINING WATER. COULD THESE PROBLEMS BE RELATED TO MY INJURIES FROM THE ARMY, SHOULD I REACH OUT TO MY CARDIOLOGIST, OR COULD THERE BE SOME OTHER UNDERLYING PROBLEM AS THE FRACTURES HAVE HAD TIME TO HEAL?
