trigminal neurolgia patient age 53 female, suffering since last 19 months allergic to carbamazapine. presently flwg medicines being administered gabapine 300 x 2 two times and gabapin 300 x 3 in the night, triptomar 25mg two times, amixide-h two times, injection tramazac 1 amp ineffective. ultracet is ineffective.
patient is unable to eat(food is made in to paste and then fed by spoon), talk properly due to lingering pain. as soon as lip is touched pain travels upto below portion of the ear lob right side.
kindly suggest ways/medicine to eliminate pain. pateint resides near kolkata.
