Suggest Cure For Reappearing Fungal Infection On Neck?

I am suffering from fungal infection on neck. Day by day irritation is increasing with burning specially in sun and heat. The shep of the patch in round and gradually it taking large form? Is there any remedy for that? Once I apply some steroid (suggested by Doctor) it disappears for a couple of days and again it reapperes on the same place. Please suggest me something to get cure totally.

Thank you for query.if it is fungal infection then steroid cream is not useful, please use antifungal creams like terbinafine or the diagnosis is different .It is not clear about the exact morphology of lesion site duration etc.You consult dermatologist else You can get back directly to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist.
