Suggest Cure For Head Injury

I fell backwards and hit my head on the pavement last night. I will admit, I had too much to drink, so do not remember falling or if I was unconscious or not. A very large lump formed on the right side of my head just at the bottom of the crown. It was the size of half a tennis ball. I did ice it when I got home and today it hurts a lot. The swelling has gone down, but there is still a lump there that is very painful and red. It is also tender to the touch and feels a bit mushy. As the day progressed, I started getting sharp pains when moving my head a certain way; almost like a mini-migrane that only lasted for a few seconds. I have pain medication for another condition and did take it (percocet), but it is still painful. Should I see a doctor on Monday, go to the ER, or just wait it out?
