hello doctor one of my friend wife drinked harphic toilet cleaner so he met with neuro gastrologist he said if digestion is ok then no need of operation but now she is wamting every day so ? to do now doctor said operation is required can u suggest me how to solve my friend problem

Take Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg 1+1 before meals for 4 weeks.
Also take Tab. Itopride 50mg 1+1+1 before meals.
Avoid spicy food. Get an upper GI endoscopy done by qualified Gastroenterologist.
