Suggest Complications With Annular Bulge And Thecal Sac Compression

i ve a severe back pain in my lumbar region and as per my physicians advise i took a mri scan which reveals that i ve an annular bulge involving l4 and l5 with compression of thecal sac!!!!!!!!is that a major complication?what is the treatment of choice?what is the prognosis

With that MRI report. And symptoms of pain in back with radiculopathy (shooting pain in leg)
Diagnosis : symptoms prolapse Posterior intervertebral disc
surgical treatment is indicated. Treatment of choice endoscopic disc surgery
Or laminotomy with micro-discetomy
Posterior decompression and descectomy are the options
With good prognosis.
