Noted the history about a 40 year old woman who had a bad stomach pain 5 years ago, something popped in you while having a pass, Scan showed and opined that there might have been an ovarian growth, but was negative - having bloating, discomfort and gassy stomach, black stools with blood. All the history is indicating towards severe colitis with bleeding giving the stool black color called malena and blood if the bowels are fast moving due to irritation by the blood and inflammation. I would advise you the following: Stool tests daily for 3 consecutive days. Antibiotic and metronidazole cover. Symptomatic and supportive treatment as guided by your Doctor/Gastroenterologist. Plan for a colonoscopy and sos procedure. Get admitted for further clinical evaluation and management.
