Suggest Cause For Frequent Urination In Infants

Hello doctor....my son is 14 months old...3days back he got fever....my local pediatrician suggestedPARAGUS-MF suspension andAZEE100....from the fever time he got abnomal urination...we took him again to hospital as he got a blocked nose n cannot sleep...still the urination problem is there.....is it ok that he urinates 3 times in the mrng

Hi..Can understand your concern..As per your query about frequent urination in infants is due to immature bladder size in them which is not enabling them to hold the urine long..But stil if you suspect other cause ,notice any pain or if he cries while urinating ,then there may be some infection and then you should consult your pediatrician..Also try to keep the baby warm as feeling of cold also leads to frequent urination in infants.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
