I ve had a dull pain in my upper right abdominal area for about a week. The pain seems to be increasing, it s about a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, and it is sensitive to the touch now. At first I was dismissing it because i had a bad cold, onset about 4 weeks ago, but part of it was a bad cough that finally scaled down to nothing about a week ago. I wondered if the pain was just from the cough, but now I wonder because the area is sensitive to the touch, not simply painful if I cough.
