General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in abdomen, increase after taking food, you have been with Doctors but looks that they have not bothered to investigate you.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation , actual examination and further investigations like:
Tests of stool.
Tests of blood and urine.
CT scan of abdomen
And Colonoscopy if required.
This will give a probable diagnosis which can be :
Diverticulitis
Colitis
Inflamed lymph nodes.
Get a course of an antibiotics and metronidazole.
I find this answer helpful
