Suggest Bumps In Mouth

Hi I have a sore/bump in my mouth and am not sure if I should be worried. I have seasonal allergies and been very sick and my mouth began itching really bad. Then I noticed a bump in my mouth but under the skin inside my lip almost at the bottom. Next I noticed the bump is out and looks like its filled with a liquid and on the end there was a smaller bubble. I haven't been sexually active for over 3 months. Should I be worried?
