Suggest Better Treatment For Severe Acne
Hello Doctor
Am 27 yrs old and I have suffered from severe acne, its seems to very big over my face. My doctor suggests me the below medicines: Teritiva 20; Ciplox 500; Fudic cream and Sefpil cream; Dermadew soap.
The treatment is in progress from 20 days. But i didn't feel better. I feel there is no use of Fudic cream.
Please suggest me. I have this acne problem over the past 10 years. I hate to see my face. Please help me.

I understand from your query that you are suffering from acne.
Fudic cream and ciprofloxacin tablets will not be of much benefit in acne.
I would suggest that you apply a gel containing clindamycin phosphate in the morning.
Use a gel containing a combination of 0.1 % adapelene with 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide at bedtime.
Use a face wash with 2% salicylic acid once a day.
Avoid fried foods and foods rich in sugar.
