Suggest Better Treatment For Granular Pharyngitis

I have been diagnosed with Granular Pharyngitis. I have been having Lukotas Lc , Lexiflox, Signoflam tablets.Gargling using Tantum oral rinse.
But a dose of these tablets for 5 days has still not improved my throat condition. Do you have any further advise.

Hello,
If the pain and pain while swallowing has not gone then you need to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory.
But the reason for the granular pharyngitis need to be found. there could be nasal infection and so the infected mucus falls at the back of throat and infects it. Secondly there are chances of reflux disease ie reflux of food contents from the stomach to the food pipe which causes irritation in throat . The reflux disease is a major reason for granular pharyngitis.
