Suggest Better Medicine For Heart Problems And Diabetics

I am 78 yrs. These days, i am diabitic,BP,and heart patient.I have 90-110 fasting and 160-190 after two hours of meal and my BP is 140/90. my doctor prescribed me istamet 50/500 after brekfast and after dinner.Doctor advised me AMLONG MT50+5 in morning and telma 20 at night.now a days my creatine level is 2,please tell me are these medicine is correct or wrong in this condition

Yes absolutely all the prescribed drugs are safe and must to treat your condition.Its advisable to keep the blood sugar under 110 mg% as fasting value and postprandial value under 130 mg%.Likewise blood pressure should be under 125/80 mg%.Elevated creatinine needs dose reduction of telma and a watchful observation.I advise you to have a periodical follow up in the form of 2D echo and ECG semiannually for better assessment.Consult an expert cardiologist for further help.
