About 6 months ago, with complaint of GERD symptoms, my GI did endo and diagnosed Small sliding hernia. I started taking Nexium 40 mg per day. Later I developed sumptoms like severe gas in stomach, difficulty breathing and palpitation, was tested for H. Pylori found positive. In November I took 10 days triple therapy antibiotics and symptoms improved a bit, but i was unable to continue evening walk due to pain in joints, diagnosed as Asteoartheritis. I am married male age 39 with weight 102 kg work as IT project manager wants to have kids. lastly on 29 december GI asked for TSH, T3, T4 due to my palpitation complaint. TSH was .03', T4 on upper limit and T3 a little above the upper limit. GI prescribed Neomercazole 10 mg, inderal 10 mg both twice a day, a week ago. Now I am taking both with Vit B, Calcium, Vit D, Selenium ACE, Centrum and Siliver for fatyy liver, Nexium 40 mg, exercise 30 min bicycling, no fatty food. I have trouble sleeping, weak joints and muscles, palpitation and difficulty breathing especially when laying down. Please suggest how can I return to a normal life and recover lost health completely.
