Hi,
If there is infected non union of second toe with screw in situ then first the implant needed to be removed and requires through debridment and stabalized with external fixator or simple k wire or preferably titanium pin And kept on injectable antibiotics according to culture and sensitive report . Once the infection subsided union occurs if it doesn't the bone graft can be given. If the infection doesn't subsides then amputation can be thought.

HOPE THIS WILL HELP

THANKS N REGARDS
