Understanding your concern. As per your query you have prolonged psoriasis on legs . Well it very important to find out the trigger for psoriasis like Infections , sun burn , stress , cold weather , smoking , heavy alcohol consumption and certain medications . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist again for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe anthralin, antimicrobials , calcipotriene , a strong derivative of vitamin D betamethasone and vitamin A . There are other treatment options a doctor can suggest like ultraviolet light treatment . Take half spoon of Indian goose berry powder with water daily which is good for skin.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
