Suggest Appropriate Weight For My Age

I am 15 years old, female, 5'1, and have a small bone structure. Currently, I weigh about 104 pounds. Usually I weight about 100, but I have recently gained some weight. I need to know what an idea weight for a girl of my size and age is, and if necessary, a healthy and quick way to take it off.

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 19.64 (normal range is 18.5 to 25). Your weight is appropriate for you height and age. You have nothing to worry about as you are absolutely normal and not overweight.
To stay fit eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, Do regular exercise such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes per day. Drink plenty of water.
