Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute respiratory tract infection giving rise generalized body ache, malaise, headache, fatigue.
Swimming in chlorinated water might have precipitated the infection.
A course of antibiotic for 5 days will give good relief from your all symptoms as it will clear the infection.
Meanwhile take Ibuprofen, paracetamol combination and decongestant to give you symptomatic relief from all symptoms.
Take plenty of water.
Take complete rest.
Ok and take care.
