General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

She may be having small boil or soft tissue inflammation and local examination by a surgeon or dermatologist is recommended to look for any folliculitis etc and if it needs local or oral antibiotics or any surgical incision and drainage. Anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief. Any possibility of anal fistula or anal polyp etc should be ruled out as well after surgical review.

Wishing her a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
