Suggest An Effective Treatment For Constipation

I have a large and loose bowel movement the morning after I have been drinking alcohol. It feels really good because I am usually constipated. I normally drink about 3 litres of water a day but on tthose rare occasions when I drink alcohol I usually feel much better after this alcohol induced bowel movement. This can't be good and I refuse to use alcohol more frequently but would like to know how I can have this same hangover bowel movement witthout the alcohol.

Alcohol is not a solution of your constipation problem.
Severe irritation to digestive tract may cause more bowel movement.

For constipation problem you have to modify your diet and lifestyle like.....

First stop alcohol drinking.
Avoid too much fatty foods and oily foods.

Do regular exercise more than 30minutes.
Drink more water.

Avoid spicy foods.
Take more high fiber foods like black beans, whole grains etc.

Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower etc. ..

Bulk former agent like psyllium or methyl cellulose can use in constipation.

Stool softner can use.
Try to stop alcohol.
