Suggest An Effective Substitute For Letrozole

is there an effective substitute for Letrozole? I have experienced hand joint pain and recently knee joint pain. with this recent symptom I feel that I have aged 10 years in the last 6 months. I started Letrozle in October, 2016 after completing 20 chemo treatments and a mastectomy. I have Stage II A breast cancer.

consultant onchologist for examination and advise on substitute drug.since it is malignancy the whole procedure of treatment can be changed. it can be expouser to radiotherapy or surgically total mastectomy can be advised
