Suggest An Alternative Treatment For Itchiness At The Site Of Hemorrhoid

Hi. I m experiencing what looks like a hemorrhoid. Earlier last week it was quite painful to have a bowel movement. I started applying prep H and the pain dissipated more each day. Now I m getting a moderate itching sensation seemingly from the same point of where I saw the hemorrhoid (which is still visible, just not painful). I m not sure if the two are related but I m also experiencing a dull tickle/itch at the tip of my penis that seems to match the intensity of the itching from my anus. Not sure if it may be referred nerve pain or maybe separate. The prep H doesn t seem to help much with the itching.

Hi
You can try witch hazel followed by a thin coating of cortisone cream three times a day.

Warm soaking baths will also help.
