Hello Doctor... Good day.. Iam 29 male..I have like pigmentation on my face and neck(i dnt know whether it is pigmentation or tan). I consulted dermotologists they prescribed some cream but no use...I can surely tell that its not my original color as my ears snd nose are wheatish but remaining face and neck is black in color(especially forehead its like a dark patch).. Please help me in get rid of this problem.. This prblm i have since 4 years.
