Suggest An Alternative Of Bayer Aspirin Pain Reliever

I purchased Bayer Asprin Quik Release Crystals years ago and noticed they are expired. The little pouches have 850 mg Asprin and 65 mg caffeine in each pouch. I cannot find them anywhere now to repurchase it. I was told this is a perfect thing to carry with you incase you are having a heart attack. can you tell me where I can buy or if there is an alternative.
