Suggest An OTC Drug That Does Not Contain Aspirin For Cold

I am taking Zarelto for a bit over three years now due to DVT. I came down with a terrible head cold this mornig, first on in probably 5 years. Is there an OTC product such as Nitol that does not contain aspirin? MY PCP and cardiologist have both told me to avaoid aspirin, other than for the 81 mG tablet I take daily. I am 67 years old, if that matters.
