Hello Dr , I have always been having irregular periods since the time they started After my second preganancy , the pattern changed but they were still very irregular and unpredictable , sometimes lasting for three weeks, with less bleeding . the frequency would vary anything betwwen 15 days to 2 months. I started meprate on one such cycle after consulting my ob, but after that I had extremely heavy bleeding , and had to take another cycle of primulet and dicynone to stop the bleeding. Bleeding started again after stopping this medication and is heavy again. now I am really scared as to what caused this and if it is safe to take such medicines even when my doc advised it was perfectly safe. more important, how can I get to a more predictable menstrual cycle ? thanks for your help
