Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Cialis

I have a rare gene disorder (immunologist said one in 500,000 have it) and I have suffered from giant hives when prescribed new meds (i.e., my heart doctor changed my heart med to Wafarin and I soon got giant hives - smart immunoligsit sent my to U of Colorado who discovered rare condition). I have been taking Cialis without problems, but new insurance (Humana) will not cover it. Is there a similar med that helps OAB without reducing sex drive (that i can take without risking hives)?

Hi,

The alternative to Cialis is Viagra and Levitra. As all these three medicines are of the same class (PDE5 inhibitor), I am sure that you are not going to suffer from giant hives.

So yes you can take either Viagra or Levitra keeping in mind that these are shorter acting than Cialis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
