General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Possible Reasons:-
In such allergic cases the first step is to keep away from the allergen. You can't get better until you stop the exposure to the specific irritant.

Other reasons include:-
Throat infection by bacteria (Pharyngo-tonsillitis).
Lack of oral hygiene.
Nasal septal defect.
Paranasal sinus infection.
Nasal Polyps.

Allergens/Irritants may be:
Animal dander.
Pets inside the home.
Dusty bedding and clothes.
Carpet with improper cleaning.
Environmental (Indoor and Outdoor) temperate irregularities.
Pungent perfumes.

If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you with oral:
Azithromycin.
Ebastine.
Ibuprofen.
Prednisone.

Other Measures:
Gargles with Listerine mouthwash.
Dental brush and dental flossing daily.
Luke warm saline water nasal douches.

Follow up after a week usage of the drug is necessary to see how you doing. If you feel nothing is doing good for you, consult an Ottorhinolaryngologist for proper and thorough evaluation and treatment. Surgery may also be needed in such cases for nasal issues.
