Suggest Alternative Medication For UTI

I went to Patient First yesterday and was diagnosed with a UTI and was given a pill to take twice a day for 10 days. The first day it seemed to lessen the pain when urinating, but today (second day) it hurts almost unbearably to urinate, my vaginal area is itchy,red, and swollen, and there is discharge. I have been using A+D ointment to help but it doesn t feel like it I healing the area. I have felt like this since Sunday, I got my medicine and diagnosis on Wednesday morning, and today is Thursday afternoon. What should I do?

Ur diagnosed with UTI.but ur saying ur having itching , redness & swollen vagina so probabulity of vaginitis along with UTI.broadspectrum antibiotic with antifungal is best.Have plenty of water.
