Suggest Alternate Remedy For Anxiety Disorder Instead Of Medications

i have asthma realy bad and when i get really hot at times i get what my doctors call an anxiety attack, and i start loosing feeling all over my body. so they put me on a anxiety medicine, which made me very dizzy, sleepy, and depressed whenever i took it. what else can i do besides take medicine to help with my anxiety??

While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety.

In my opinion, you may be having health related apprehension triggering anxiety and panic symptoms. Physical exercise, change in life style, breathing exercise, meditation such as mindfulness etc can give you relief from the problem. Basic is to understand the anxiety and the situation. I suggest you to consult a psychologist for psychotherapy.
