Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism and vitamin D deficiency. Your T3, T4 and TSH level is normal. Continue your thyronorm according to advise.
You need a course of vitamin D. You can take Lumia 60k once or twice a weekly. Take diet with high vitamin D and take sun exposure.
Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
