bleeding may be due to implantation.if,there is slight pain in lower abdomen then don't worry about any risk because pain in lower abdomen feeling in starting of pregnancy because of hormonal and metabolism changes.if,pain is severe then it is issue to concern doctor.get an ultrasound of lower abdomen and share reports for further management.
