Respected sir, I am 35 years old i have Serum Triglycerides - 386 mgms and LDL Cholestrol -122 mgms and present i am feeling with heaviness in left side chest and doctor prescribed me Rosuvastatin 5 mg and Fenofibrate 160 mg per day......please advise me

I see your blood lipid profile and you have high value for triglyceride and a near ideal LDL value, to avoid the problem caused by the high level of lipids you should change your routine lifestyle choosing a healthy diet that mean low saturated fat foods, low refined sugar foods, a lot of raw fruits and vegetables and 30 minutes of brisk walking every day and lose weight if you are overweight.
The medication for your problem are the drugs prescribed from your doctor Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrat, during the intake of this medication you should monitor every 3 months the blood liver enzyme.
