Suggest A Test To Confirm Myasthenia Gravis

I am exhibiting symptoms of myasthenia gravis, after careful reading, I realize i have many of the symptoms, from the double vision (at certain angles) and droopy eyelid to leg muscle weakness. What is the fastest, most accurate test to confirm my feelings?

Thanks for your question on HCM. There are some tests available for diagnosis of myasthenia gravis.
1. ACh Antibodies in blood. In upto 85% cases these antibodies are raised in blood.
2. EMG and NCV study. It is graphical presentation of musvle nerve function.
3. Singke fiber EMG is also helpful.
In my opinion you should first consult neurologist and discuss your problems than investigate.
